Thailand Women were looking to make it three wins out of three to claim a place in the semi-finals of the T20 World Cup Asia Qualifier but rain caused their match against Kuwait at the Selangor Turf Club to be abandoned and both teams took a point apiece.

Nattaya Boochatham tooled 3 for 3 to bring up 100 wickets in T20 Internationals and a run out had reduced Kuwait to 22 for 4 in 9.5 overs when the rain started to fall.
UAE and Nepal have four wins each in Group A and Hong Kong have 3 wins in Group B so Thailand will still win the group with victory over Hong Kong on Wednesday.
