Thailand have reached the semi-finals of the ACC Women’s Premier Cup in Malaysia. They were pushed all the way by Hong Kong in their quarter-final before winning by three wickets.
Hong Kong recovered from 35 for 5 to reach 92 for 8 as Nattaya Boochatham took 3 for 13.
It was good to see Nattaya back at number three and making runs as she made 29 with 5 fours. Hong Kong took regular wickets as Kary Chan claimed 3 for 12.
Thailand were seven wickets down when Thipatcha Putthawong saw the team home with 22* as Thailand won by three wickets to claim a place in the semi-finals.
