Thailand men's and women's SEA Games captains Nopphon Senamontree and Sornnarin Tippoch were amongst the instructors who ran the ICC Asia Level 1 coaching course in Bangkok as it was straight back to work for Thailand's historic medallists as they looked to continue the development of cricket in Thailand.
The current national players all seek to pass on their knowldge of the game to the next generation whether as umpires, scorers or coaches as well as helping to run national and international competitions.
Here at the coaching seminar the national captains were jioned by Nattaya Boochatham and Shan Kader as 20 coaches from across the country were taught how best to pass on the basics of cricket to their students. The Cricket Associaton of Thailand are not resting on their laurels but are looking to uncover new talent so more medals can be won in the future.
