February 2, 2010CAT held its second Umpirers and Scorers Course from May 29th to June 1st 2008 in Bangkok at Royal Parkview Hotel and AIT. The course attracted participants from all around Thailand interested in umpiring and scoring gradually building local number of both umpires and scorers.
